2. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing is determined individually based on your business and needs.
We have a minimum commitment of 3 months so we have time to refine the strategy to get you the best results. After Month 3, engagement continues month-to-month unless either party terminates with 30 days notice.
3. METHODOLOGY & PHILOSOPHY
Manager uses a performance-testing approach, not volume-based content production.
- Test 5-10 pins per month
- Measure performance rigorously (CTR, CPC, engagement)
- Analyze why pins succeed or fail
- Refine strategy based on data, not assumptions
- Test incrementally; avoid “spray and pray” tactics
Success is measured by continuous improvement in campaign performance and learning, not pin volume.

8. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The manager makes no guarantee of specific traffic, conversion rates, or membership sign-ups. Performance depends on:
- Quality of pin creative design
- Landing page conversion rate
- Audience targeting and platform changes
- Ad spend level
Success is measured by continuous improvement in campaign metrics and strategic learning.
9. THE 14-DAY RULE
Pinterest’s algorithm needs time to learn. For the first 14 days of any new campaign:
- Don’t pause campaigns
- Don’t make major changes
- Allow platform to gather data
After 14 days, the manager recommends tactical adjustments. Changes are made 3-5 days apart to allow the platform to recalibrate.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. If the client terminates before the end of the 3-month minimum commitment, ½ of the remaining invoiced amount is still due.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep all strategy recommendations, performance data, and business information confidential.
